These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdt24 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the bdt24 platform, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by bdt24, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and promotional activities. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the bdt24 platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an active account on bdt24, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt24 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details at any stage is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must be the sole authorised user of the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals on bdt24.
• You may hold only one active account on bdt24 at any time. Operating multiple accounts for any reason — including claiming duplicate bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bdt24 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on bdt24. When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number, create a secure password, and supply any additional information that bdt24 may reasonably request for identity verification (KYC) purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

• Notify bdt24 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• bdt24 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent — report it to our support team at once.
• bdt24 reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID or proof of address before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be closed by bdt24 without prior notice.

Players are responsible for keeping their registered mobile number and email address current. bdt24 bears no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details on an account.

bdt24 supports a range of local and international payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods, transaction limits, and processing times are shown in the cashier section at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. bdt24 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Identity verification documents may be required before any withdrawal is released.
• bdt24 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

bdt24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion's terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds.
• bdt24 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings from it — if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or manipulation of bonus conditions.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in that promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds until rollover is completed.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket, or T20 World Cup are time-limited. bdt24 may withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion period are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus for its duration. Any bonus credited to a self-excluded account will be voided.

bdt24 protects the integrity of its platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one bdt24 account — under the same or a different identity — for any purpose including collecting multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using any bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to interact with the bdt24 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on bdt24.
• Using the bdt24 platform for money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay to obscure their origin.
• Exploiting any technical error, system fault, or software vulnerability on bdt24 to gain an unfair financial advantage. Winnings obtained this way are void and will be reclaimed.

bdt24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools are free to use and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits into their bdt24 account. A reduction in a deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion the account is locked, no deposits can be made, no bonuses are credited, and pending withdrawals are processed to the registered payment method. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks and session limits: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them how long their current gaming session has lasted and prompt them to review their activity.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any bdt24 content is strictly prohibited.

The bdt24 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of bdt24. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the platform that are not owned by bdt24 belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt24 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the bdt24 platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bdt24 platform, including scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events outside bdt24's reasonable control such as power failures, internet disruptions, or natural disasters.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bdt24's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your bdt24 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• bdt24 reasonably suspects the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purposes, or that the player provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player requests voluntary account closure, in which case any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bdt24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdt24 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Revised Terms are effective from the date they are published on bdt24.

Continued use of bdt24 after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdt24 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no specific claim as to the regulatory jurisdiction under which it is licensed. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of bdt24 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, players are encouraged to contact the bdt24 support team first so the matter can be reviewed and resolved informally. bdt24 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint at [email protected].
